Controlling Your Personal Information

We believe strongly in protecting users’ privacy. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Statement, we will not provide any of the personal information you give us to any third party without your consent.  InteliSecure may send your personal information to other companies or people under any of the following circumstances:

  • If sharing your information is necessary to provide a product, service or information you have requested; by way of example, sharing your information with a bank, logistics company, event organizer, marketing agency, etc.

    • Provided that any such disclosure shall be aggregated, the Customer agrees that InteliSecure may use for its business purposes portions of the Customer Data, or specific metrics derived from Customer’s usage of InteliSecure’s Services, or both.
    • We may collect and aggregate statistics on our service usage and any related service usage across Customers that will help InteliSecure perform industry benchmarking of service usage, product usage trending, and for projecting business and operational scaling.
  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or to another company.
  • In certain situations, InteliSecure may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. We reserve our right to disclose your personal information to a third party if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Legal Notice and Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of InteliSecure, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Privacy Shield

InteliSecure, Inc. (“Intelisecure”, “we”) complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework  and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework (collectively, the “Privacy Shield Principles” or “Principles”) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. We employ other companies (“agents”) and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share, and may internationally transfer, your information with them to provide products or services to you.  To request a list of third party providers to whom we may transfer information, contact InteliSecure at privacy@intelisecure.com.

InteliSecure is responsible under the Privacy Shield Principles for the actions of its agents to process transferred Personal Information in a manner consistent with the Principles.  We maintain contracts with these third parties and require that these third parties provide at least the same level of privacy protection and security as required by the Privacy Shield Principles.  To the extent provided by the Principles, PWC remains responsible and liable under the Privacy shield Principles if a third-party that it engages to process personal information on its behalf does so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless InteliSecure proves that it is not responsible for the matter giving rise to the damage.

In certain situations, InteliSecure may be required to disclose personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

EU and Swiss data subjects have the right to access personal information maintained about them and to impose certain limits on the use and disclosure of such personal information. We will provide EU and Swiss data subjects with the opportunity to opt out of our sharing their personal information with unaffiliated third parties, and will request opt-in consent prior to using EU and Swiss personal information for a purpose other than the purpose for which the data was originally collected.
